Uh, other than the fact they have 100's of millions of dollars......which, considering ISIS, can do a LOT.
Also, ISIS is just another name the many forms of Fundies we have juiced in the ME....so if they give it another name (our war machine), then we can spend more 100's of billions.
As they said in the same podcast where they talked about the 100's of millions - you can't kill an idea.

Nazis are no way comparable to Islamic terrorists. To try to make logic out of your statement is beyond impossible. When you have idiots who think they are going to receive their reward when they blow themselves up, there is almost no way to ever stop them 100%. They proved that on 9/11, and will try some similar act in the future. We just haven't seen what yet.

And you said exactly why we should not be there. This is not an ISIS issue, ISIS is just one of many groups, a replica of groups in the past and in the future, it is just another name, face of what is Islamic extremism. Defeat ISIS, that does not even mean anything. People can pop up claiming loyalty to ISIS for hundreds of years if they want, or some yet new group will come into force.
But yet for some reason, some people will think this thousand year old extremist ideology will be defeated with some troops illegally occupying some corner of a country.
