That appears to be true under Illinois law, but the FBI is involved, which means five years in the federal penitentiary.

If he is facing potential charges, either federal or state or both, he will stick to his story through his trial and beyond if he's convicted. Expect some people on social media, probably even some celebrities, to remain on his side and accuse the cops and all who agree that it's a hoax of being hateful, racist, homophobic bigots who are trying to smear him. r/lgbt over on reddit is still drinking the kool-aid, absolutely unbelievable at this point. This isn't ending even when the cops say Jussie made it all up, unfortunately some people will not be able to accept that. Some people have agendas and are heavily engaged in identity politics.

S*rew you, Gu. He accused 63 million Trump voters/800 million white people/3.5 billion heterosexuals. Which is millions of times worse than accusing any specific person who could sue that *sshole and take every penny he earns for the rest of his life.

They need long term therapy and rehabilitation.

Trump is accused now of ruining the sex lives of people because they can't cope with his election. A new mental health condition? Trump Election Erection Disorder? Being TEED off? Check out this highly biased article in Salon.

I'm a victim, here, pal (you know, white, straight Trump voter), and five years sounds about right.

LOL Now they're "reserving judgment?" They certainly weren't doing that before, when they all had the on-air vapors before the facts were in. There was no critical thinking among the news media, who quickly jumped on the latest hate hoax, which stunk from the get-go.

Right. That is the very basis of 'hate crimes'. That they are worse because they affect entire groups, putting them in fear. Has to work the other way around too.

People are getting assaulted simply for wearing MAGA hats. Including young teens. This kind of thing perpetuates violence.
