Trump has selected the man who destroyed Bear Stearns to lead the World Bank

Somehow it doesn't surprise me that you missed the entire point of the thread.

Trump nominated him to lead the World Bank.

“By tradition, the U.S. has selected the president of the World Bank while European nations picked the head of the IMF.”

It would be unprecensted if the American president’s selection was not chosen and would be quite the international rebuke to Trump and his worldview.

He is more involved with important stuff, like tweeting, calling other people names, planning his next rally, rearranging the pencils on his desk, and looking in the mirror.

Now, if he was actually spending maybe 8 hours a day REALLY WORKING, I would be petrified.
