Trump and Barr are counting on people only remembering the initial story, the "Trump is exonerated" story. By the time the actual Mueller Report is released, that initial story is already set in everyone's mind.

Unfortunately, most are rolling their eyes at Barr's various letters, summaries, etc. Word is out that he was instrumental in getting the Iran/Contra pardons to shield Bush, etc. Also, folks know about his 19 page letter where he laid out his case for protecting Trump from indictment.

There should be no convictions before the report is released, obviously yes. But in the interim, people are free to speculate all they want. Of course, their speculations could be wrong, and if they are, they're going to look pretty foolish.

Anybody saying they confidently KNOW what's in the report before it comes out is making a huge gamble that they'll prove to be right.

they will attack Mueller....that train is coming.......there will be anonymous sources leaking to the press that lawyers in Mueller's team disagree with Mueller and that there should have been more indictments and impeachment recommendation.

Keep in mind, these anonymous sources will never show their faces and back up their claims with their names or even come to Barr and Rosenstein in person. They will hide in the press. All you need to report a story is an anonymous source and you can print whatever you want with no consequences.

the people without blinders can confidently say that the investigation is closed with no more indictments and no impeachment recommendation. This came from Mueller, not Barr. I don't need to wait for the report for that.

If some in the Mueller team disagree with Mueller and they feel that strongly then come out and face the American people and back it up with facts don't go in the dark and leak anonymously without specifics or evidence.

if there is evidence in the report of crimes then Mueller has a lot to answer for not recommending more indictments and no impeachment recommendation......but I'm going on the silly allegations being thrown here with no evidence or facts.

This is your own make-believe. The only thing we have from Mueller so far are about 3 partial sentences that Barr inserted into his summary. We have no idea of the context of those sentences. And there are nearly 400 pages in the report. So basically, no, we don't have anything from Mueller himself yet.

Unless, of course, those indictments or impeachment recommendations are really there in Mueller's report, and Barr chose to leave them off his summary.

MSNBC is nothing BUT speculation. That is why they are dead last in ratings.

so let me get this straight for the record and laughs. You are questioning that the report is done with NO more indictments and no impeachment recommendation? LMAO!

somehow you need to see the full report so you can find that there are more indictments and that Barr and Rosenstein lied and are corrupt?

So if the AG and Deputy AG are liars and corrupt, could we say the same thing about Mueller and his team since they work for the Department of Justice? or are you going to split hairs in who is corrupt and the liars and who are honest in the DOJ with no evidence or facts? You really sound silly.

For about the fifth time, I'm saying I don't know. There might not be any more indictments, and maybe there will be. We don't know until we see the actual report.

Since I don't know what's in the actual report, I cannot conclude anything about what Barr and Rosenstein may or may not have done. How many more times do I have to say that?

Nothing is certain until we see the actual report. Got it?

I could just as easily say that, since YOU are now telling us that Barr and Rosenstein are honest, that if it turns out there's damaging info in Mueller's report, that you will be forced to admit that Mueller is also honest, since he works for the same department.
