The NYT article indicated That Muellers team had several summaries yet Barr felt the need to supply his own summary, what exactly was the point of him putting out his version prior to the release of the entire report.

when you say the Mueller team? does that include Mueller? do they have names? funny, the article doesn't say much. No evidence and no details what exactly the anonymous sources are complaining. But lets crucify Barr and Rosenstein and question their credibility based on a report by anonymous sources with no details or evidence.
Typical suckwad dems..licking their chops for the last 2 1/2 years for the Mueller report to convict Trump, and then whining like a petulant infant when it all but completely EXONERATED the President. It only matter Mueller's summary that Barr put in is memo not the opinions of lawyers working for him.....and I don't take anonymous sources seriously.
No collusion, NO conspiracy and no impeachment recommendation. That is the summary by Mueller expressed by the AG and Deputy AG.....if Barr lied then have Mueller issue a statement but you rather go with an anonymous source report from the NYT of all places (anti-Trump) with no evidence and no details....ok.
Well we will see shortly if the NYT sources pan out but the last person I want interpreting the Mueller report is some who was critical of Muller before he even read the report. Add in his unsolicited memo regarding if a president can be indicted and you can understand why people would question his accuracy.
I think you would at least agree that if it comes out that Muller wrote his own summaries then Barr was politically motivated.

I don't have to prove that allegations from anonymous sources are true. The fact that there are no more indictments and no impeachment recommendation by the Special Counsel shows the investigation is done. How many more summaries from anonymous sources you need to change that fact?
anonymous sources say there is damaging evidence on Trump on the report?....so why didn't Mueller indict anybody on Collusion? why didn't Mueller recommend impeachment? Mueller has the power to do that. So the anonymous sources are challenging Mueller's conclusion of NO more indictments and no impeachment recommendation?
So really they are going after Barr, Rosenstein and Mueller (last, that train will come) and accusing them obstruction based on anonymous sources with no details and no evidence. LMAO!

But you are ignoring the elephant in the room. Mueller closed his investigation with NO more indictments not even 1 person in the Trump camp was charged with Collusion and NO impeachment recommendation.....that wasn't Barr that was Mueller. Mueller has the power to indict and recommend impeachment but he didn't. He closed his investigation with NO more indictments and no impeachment recommendation.....so how do you get around that? by quoting anonymous sources that give no details and no evidence? LOL. OK.
