1. NBC is the king of fake news. Why would anyone take their word for something like this?
2. Even if NBC is telling the truth about what someone from the Mueller team is saying, why would anyone believe that person?
This is a fantasy.
We will eventually find the truth and it won’t be from CD Data or Barr, it will be the final 400 page report.
After you read it please repost the section that makes it unlawful to release the report
Yes, you have posted this but obviously not read what you posted....
Quote:
(c) The Attorney General may determine that public release of these reports would be in the public interest,to the extent that release would comply with applicable legal restrictions.
So tell us, what are the applicable legal restrictions? These are words from the link you provided...
(3) Upon conclusion of the Special
Counsels investigation, including, to the
extent consistent with applicable law, a
description and explanation of instances
(if any) in which the Attorney General
concluded that a proposed action by a
Special Counsel was so inappropriate or
unwarranted under established
Departmental practices that it should
not be pursued.
(b) The notification requirement in
paragraph (a)(1) of this section may be
tolled by the Attorney General upon a
finding that legitimate investigative or
privacy concerns require
confidentiality. At such time as
confidentiality is no longer needed, the
notification will be provided.
(c) The Attorney General may
determine that public release of these
reports would be in the public interest, to the extent that release would comply
with applicable legal restrictions.
All
other releases of information by any

Barr......"Based on my discussions with the Special Counsel and my initial review, it is apparent that the report contains material that is or could be subject to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(e), which imposes restrictions on the use and disclosure of information relating to “matter[s] occurring before [a] grand jury.” Fed. R. Crim. P. 6(e)(2)(B). Rule 6(e) generally limits disclosure of certain grand jury information in a criminal investigation and prosecution. Id. Disclosure of 6(e) material beyond the strict limits set forth in the rule is a crime in certain circumstances. See, e.g., 18 U.S.C. § 401(3). This restriction protects the integrity of grand jury proceedings and ensures that the unique and invaluable investigative powers of a grand jury are used strictly for their intended criminal justice function."
Grand Jury information can be released with the ok of the judge.
Apparently Trump believes the American public must be spoon-fed a "summary" written by his lackey rather than read the real thing...which was written in such a way by Mueller's team to be released with minimal, if any redaction.
So, do YOU think you're stupid? Or do you think you're being lied to? Don't you want to see something for yourself?
I know 2 facts.....no more indictments and no impeachment recommendation....what do you have? ahh yeah! nothing!
No more indictments with Mueller's name on them, anyway. Don't take that to mean there are no more coming from the seven offices that picked up where he left off.
As to no impeachment, that is not Mueller's call. His job was to investigate and report. The House is the entity to decide from that report yes or no on impeachment and do the paperwork. Either way, a sitting president would not be indicted as such.
Something about carts and horses, and stuff like that.
Muller's investigation resulted in 8-9 grand jury cases....everyone knows that
...and everyone knows evidence in those cases has to be redacted
Congress might end up getting the full report...everyone else...no
So if Muellers summaries need redaction then why did he write them in the first place, or are you alleging that grand jury testimony was included in his summaries.
