Lo and behold, Mueller's "Obstruction" Theory "somehow" found its way to the WH (couldn't have been Rosenstein who passed this on by any chance?) and - SURPRISE - Barr was appointed AG.

And, mysteriously, Trump stopped insulting Rosenstein a few months ago, as well.

It doesn't take Hercule Poirot to connect the dots.

Barr has ALWAYS been in the tank for Trump.

I don't understand what your point is. Mueller didn't exonerate him. Barr did. However, this was called the Mueller report until it became the Barr synopsis. So, no, Trump isn't exonerated on obstruction of justice.
