As someone who hates John McCain with a passion this solidifies Donald Trump as my favorite President ever. He can talk bad about McCain each and every day and I can't get enough.

Many other Vietnam War POWs from the US broke down and violated their oaths after long-term, brutal interrogations. The President doesn't attack them.

No, he didn't go out of his way, he just gave a thumbs down left the room. That's why Trump and so many hate McCain, because they all really wanted to stick it to Obama, by wiping the ACA and McCain didn't play along. So now everybody hates the man, even in death.
