Trump would NEVER close the borders...its just a thinly veiled threat, thats it, nothing more.
Even if national security were a HUGE concern, closing the border would be too inconvenient and troublesome to industry, the mighty dollar comes before security today!

You missed my point. BTW the crap imported from Mexico is what is on your table. Unless you don't eat fruits and vegetables or grow your own. You might want to educate yourself as to what is supplied to the US from Mexico. Trump will not shut the Mexican border. He just shoots off his mouth and keeps having to backtrack because he is clueless. Just like he did with the shutdown. That was my point.
I live in Illinois in farm country. And yes, we have grown our own (might not this year to give the soil a rest).
