As far as I’m concerned, both Mueller, Rod Rosenstein and Barr in addition to DOJs legal department agree with the conclusions.

IMO it’s now on the House oversight committee to pony up and provide evidence that says otherwise. They’re the ones making the accusations, so let them testify to their findings under oath.
It takes away the conspiracy theory angle from the Democrats and the media by having Mueller testify. We all know how much they like conspiracy theories.

If Mueller does not testify, they will whine about it forever and lie about it in their typical, relentless, unconscionably dishonest manner. If Mueller testifies, then that will close off that avenue of dishonest speculation.

It may not look like it, but I suspect at this point that it is Nadler and the Democrats who would rather Mueller not testify so that they could be free to speculate and lie about whatever they want. Once he testifies, those possibilities will be significantly curtailed.

I want Mueller to testify, and the sooner the better.

It's only been 14 minutes and information is pouring out from the Mueller report.

Accepting that Special Counsel cannot prosecute a sitting president, Bob Mueller mentioned how Congress can use its authority to punish Donald Trump for abuse of power:

We're dealing with a sickness here, the likes of which this country has never seen. The entire TDS left needs to be quarantined. There clearly is no cure and no better way to respond to the continuing threat their disease poses to the nation.

You can't punish a President unless you have 67% of the Senate votes, and no chance of that....

Now we get to hear about Trump covering up and obstructing a crime he didn’t commit for the next two years.

Mueller Report: Team chose not to subpoena President despite belief they had the legal authority to do so.
That's why this is such a nothing burger.
If there was something, then they'd have subpoenaed him.

I see where Trump asked his counsel to fire Sessions but he refused, then Trump backed off.
Also Trump was aware of the Trump tower meeting to get dirt on Clinton from the Russians.

The morality of a president doesn't need to equal criminality. The bar of criminality of a president is high. That doesn't make the failure to report contacts with Russia to the FBI ok.

Quote:
Mueller’s team wrote that though their investigation “did not establish that the Trump Campaign coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities,” that assertion was informed by the fact that coordination requires more than two parties “taking actions that were informed by or responsive to the other’s actions or interests.”And Mueller made abundantly clear: Russia wanted to help the Trump campaign, and the Trump campaign was willing to take it.The report detailed a damning timeline of contacts between the Trump campaign and those with Russian ties — much of it already known, but some of it new. For example, Mueller’s team asserted that in August 2016, Konstantin Kilimnik, who the FBI has assessed as having ties to Russia, met with Manafort “to deliver in person a peace plan for Ukraine that Manafort acknowledged to the Special Counsel’s Office was a ‘backdoor’ way for Russia to control part of eastern Ukraine.”
