The House has the authority as well as the duty to provide oversight. They are the body that decides what's what here.

Yeah they can focus all their time trying to prove obstruction when Mieller couldn’t do it despite 2 years and unlimited resources. Be my guest

I agree. I don't think impeachment is a good idea. But that doesn't mean that ongoing investigation is not worthwhile. A sitting President may not be indicted but he won't be one for ever, hence further investigation.

Not sure why you are unable to grasp this.

But back to my questions, is it okay for future Presidents to obstruct justice?

Is it okay if candidates get help from foreign governments?
So what do you think is going to happen now? An Impeachment Investigation and charges?
That's been shot down and it would never get past the Senate.

So whats next ? An election is in 18 months. You think the Democrats are going to make this their Primary issue.

Even Bill Mahar said this will cost them the next election.

Pelosi won’t do it either. Even She knows it would be a stupid idea

How about Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi? In your opinion, will she - working together with Majority Leader Hoyer - make the call? Because Nancy Pelosi has been publicly opposed to pursuing impeachment for quite a while now.

If not these two - the top two leaders in the Democrat controlled House of Representatives - then who is it that you think will 'Make the call'?

This is what Barr said, not the report.

Report documents at least 10 instances of obstruction of justice and documents Trump's campaign manager sharing information with an agent of the Russian government.

This isn't even a good try.

Ummm, I was paraphrasing the Report. If you know something that the Special Counsel's Office doesn't I suggest you raise your complaint with them.
