Congress has different jurisdiction to the Special Counsel's Office and their burden of proof may not be the same as that of a federal crime prosecution, i.e. evidence that may not be sufficient for the latter could be quite effective when it comes to Congress.

Trump made it perfectly clear that he fired Comey over the Russia investigation. Google it if you doubt me.

So back to the questions, is the okay from now on?
Like I said...he can fire him for ANYTHING, get it!

Yeah, but the Democrat majority leader in the House says that impeachment is not happening. Nancy Pelosi has repeatedly talked it down as well. It is over.

Failure to understand how things work is what gets you to say these things...

The "move on" drumbeat is just Republican and Russian troll nonsense.

The House has the authority as well as the duty to provide oversight. They are the body that decides what's what here.

Fine. Take it up with Steny Hoyer. He just put the kibosh on ANY chance of impeachment today.

You keep reposting this nonsense constantly. If he fired Comey to impede the investigation, it is evidence of obstruction of justice.

Not sure why you are unable to grasp this.

But back to my questions, is it okay for future Presidents to obstruct justice?

Is it okay if candidates get help from foreign governments?

Oh, honey. He is not the one who will make the call on what the House committees will be looking into.

But back to my questions.

Check the Muller Report: No obstruction. No collusion.
