No, the language works in a specific way. I care less and I don't always get it right either but these would have been worshipers at Easter services.
To use an extreme you can use "devil worshipers". That defines who they worship. Easter worshipers does the same.
Either works. I don't think these were devil worshipers but if that is what you see--that's on you and you alone.
It's amazing how this thread demonstrates how some of these poster can use opposite political ideologies interchangeably but are now all of a sudden concerned about using the correct terms. Although, there is nothing wrong with how Obama or Clinton described these Christians. What do you people say, "nothingburger" or "fake news." Yes.
muslim terrorists, dozens of muslim terrorists, planned the attacks on random christians and did killed random Christians. this fact hasn't been disputed.
the topic of this thread is literally dozens of democratic party leaders called attention to the day, easter, on which the attack occurred and the victims were worshippers. they did not acknowledge the religion, chrisitan, targeted by the muslim terrorists.
Guess what? Attacks happened at hotels too, not just churches.

You know that isn't what I said but you had to go here as that's what people do. They lash out at arguments they can not address.

Is this a big story? I already noted it is not, but yeah, one should use the correct words. Words have meaning. I've done it and people have corrected me. I didn't lash out. I said "Yeah, you are right".
The only ones that celebrate Easter are -- wait for it -- wait for it --- wait for it
CHRISTIANS.
LOL --so if you say Easter worshipers -- guess what -- CHRISTIANS.
But faux Christians wouldn't know that Christians are the only ones who 'worship' at Easter Mass on Easter Sunday.
Ok.....
So what's the point in using "Easter worshipers" at all?
Oh My God! They said Easter worshippers! Even though they were there worshipping on Easter. How vile and disgusting!
If some Muslims were attacked on their holy day, would you be incensed if they were called Ramadan worshippers?
