Napolitano is a moron. First, he's misstating Barr's view of the law. Second, Barr's view is correct. It is highly implausible to claim that Trump obstructed that investigation corruptly, and there is NO ALLEGATION that he obstructed any investigation of conspiracy with the Russians. None.

Unto.

It is a crime unto itself, but it has "elements" that must be proven, and the fact that there was no underlying crime pretty much negates any assertion that he had a corrupt intent.

I do, and that's not in it. You tell me which of those "episodes" alleges this. I dare you to try. You will fail.

Mueller's discussion of alleged "episodes" of possible obstruction did not include anything claiming that Trump obstructed any investigation of conspiracy with the Russians in any way, shape, or form.

When the head Judge of State-Run TV says so, perhaps it's time to listen?

Yeah, let’s ask Judge Judy what she thinks.

The 10 times Trump may have obstructed justice, according to Mueller

This is why Mueller punted the rest of the work to Congress. He gave them the road map and they are obligated to pursue further investigation. It's as simple as that. And I call you out for claiming you read the report which you clearly did not. And the birther-in-thief is still obstructing justice.

What we all think doesn't matter, it's what Congress decides to do that matters.

That's exactly what you're doing about all the other foreign powers that have meddled in our elections (as well as domestic interference that is a million times worse than anything Russia did), all of which is A-OK with you because this has nothing to do with patriotism; it's all about overturning an election for partisan reasons.
