How is congress going to prosecute this, after they are left to charges? Congress is the Legislative Branch. They create legislation. They are not the Executive Branch, where charges are made and prosecuted.

Mueller has demonstrated a pattern of deception and now lies. Clearly Mueller is part of the cabal to overthrow Trump and is the 'insurance policy' administrator.
