What economic glow? Are Trump supporters totally naive to the fact that stores across the country, like pictured below, have been closing down faster than ever since Trump became president? PayLess Shoes recently closed. That's just for starters. Store closings are going on even in towns not losing population. What's your cop-out Trump supporters? Amazon?

Trump, like Barry, has his faults but both ultimately have America's interests at heart.
You just think one delivering them is a saint and the other the devil incarnate.
Ultimately both have had a hugely positive effect on the American economy.
Let your hatred go,bro.
Actually, you are the one telling lies and you know it. If I hate White people so much, then go prove it. Show posts that would indicate it.

That is because Sears changed. Even to three years ago their stores were competitive and were good to shop in. In 2017, they started nose-diving and in 2018 when Craftsman went to Lowe's, they went downhill. It is never good when I see more store staff than workers on a weekend at the local Sears in a mall. It is closing this month if it hasn't already.

As for Payless, Payless had a negative connotation despite Air Walks or another popular brand or two. In a world of Zappos, it is hard to fight. I always had better luck in Famous Footwear myself. I think the last thing I got in Payless were dress shoes in 2015 that I used for my brother's wedding and maybe a job interview or two...

The fact is these companies are not a symptom of a bad economy due to the how they got there. Sears and Payless both saw their cheese move. Sears lost largely due to Kmart bringing them down nd stores like Kohl's being comparable to it. Payless lost due to Zappos as I said before. Many shoe stores I think will eventually fall due to Zappos based on sales volume. That is healthy capitalism.

What isn't is when U.S. amusement ride manufacturers not selling roller coasters and flat rides to China due to the potential tariffs. I follow the theme park industry and saw this on a very reliable amusement park blog. This can't be the only manufacturer hurting due to lost sales in an emerging market.

Trump’s economic miracle started in 2009.

It started 8 years before Trump, so how is it "Trump's miracle"?

Because Trump is a product of an immaculate conception.

I am not a Trump supporter but the retail landscape has been changing for years. It picked up steam during the Obama years and has continued during Trump. If Hillary had won and or if a Dem wins in 2020 the retail landscape will keep transforming. Nothing short of banning online sales will stop that.

A hint for the 2020 race. If you want to beat Trump don't bring up the economy. That is Trump's one ace in the hole.

Economy, stock market, job market - mostly because of the Federal reserve's actions over the past decade

Fairer trade deals: please clarify specifics that have suddenly benefited us? Companies in my industry are seeing rising costs because of tariffs.

North Korea: they're still making nukes and murdering their citizens, but Trump shook the guy's hand at the DMZ. Fixed!

Fixing immigration: cutting off aid to Central America won't slow the problems at the border. His I win/you lose mentality on comprehensive reform doesn't work.

Iran: you forgot this one. Let's tear up a deal that's working and cause an unnecessary conflict with Iran.

Fake news: Fox is the fakest news. Hannity and his Seth Rich conspiracy theories. Lou Dobbs can't think for himself at this point - whatever dear leader does! Mueller Report led to "total exoneration" (it didn't).

You are right - 10 years of economic expansion!

8 years were under Obama, and 2 years under Trump. So why didn't you title this thread "Obama's economic miracle"?
