What if that path includes take a number at the end of the line and pay all back taxes for people who were brought here as children? Is that what the Gang of 8 suggested?
And no green card for the parent ever.
These terms we are using are too vague.
Until and unless every illegal is picked up and deported.
And that will never happen.
So even Trump's administration wants illegals here. Just no new ones.
But the new ones are here at a cost of hundreds a day to private prisons.

Along with fighting to allow all who come for asylum be set free and then wanting to prevent ICE from going and capturing them when they have been denied. No matter what you decide to name it, the end result is open borders.
We know now that that was a mistake. That's why we have the problem that we have today. It would be stupid to do the same thing again and expect different results.
Giving a path to citizenship to illegal aliens invalidates our whole immigration system. People think illegal immigration is an option because of what Reagan did. Now no one takes our laws seriously -especially not Latin Americans.
Repeatedly on this site, dem faithful claim they are not for open borders, yet support all measures to have open borders and oppose any acts to reduce illegal immigration. They just don't want to say specifically that they are for open borders, as it sounds bad. However, their actions speak louder than words.
Here we have yet another dem presidential candidate promoting open borders.
Obviously the dem party is the party of open borders. Want to support half of Mexico and Central America? Vote dem.
