Can anyone give an example where a federal prosecutor has exonerated someone? I’ve never seen that happen.

IMO, IF they go after Trump after he’s out of office he’ll walk not because he’s innocent because they he has good lawyers and has covered his arse.

The theory behind the President not being charged is that the role of the President supersedes some penny-ante legal theory an independent counsel, special counsel, or US Attorney may come up with. If we had Trump on tape saying he fired Comey to stop the Russia investigation, they could charge him with obstruction of justice.

What they can't do is decide they want to put the President through the motions of being interrogated and charged on a lark. Prosecutors do a lot of wheeling and dealing during investigations; the idea is the office of the President is above that. Not that he's above the law.

Schiff: We will take a 5-10 min break.

Folks in the chamber, please allow Mr. Zebley to carry Mr. Mueller’s shredded reputation out of the chamber.

Rush is saying that this morning's hearing was a disaster for the Democrats because "the bloom is off the rose" and everyone can see that Mueller didn't have anything to do with the investigation. I didn't watch the hearing, is he right?

Again conservatives want him to make a statement that other conservatives can use when Trumps out of office to walk. If anything Muller is standing his ground with honor some thing Trump knows nothing about.
Mueller knows nothing about Trump colluding or conspiring with Russia !!! He said so and that's what democrats would like to hear !!! What we have heard from Mueller is, I can't talk about this or that or anything that gets to the whole truth !!! That's standing in mud and slippery ground !!! Nothing honorable there !!!

Just heard them say this almost word for word on CBS. Seems to be the talking point going around on the wire just now for the MSM.

Yes, I believe so. Mueller seems wholly unfamiliar with too many aspects of the report for me to believe that he led anything st all.

Eric Swalwell smears people charged and not convicted !!!

Doesn't believe in the innocent until proven guilty apparently !!!

Hard to believe he is a lawyer !!! I wonder where he learned it shouldn't apply in this case !!!
