Glad at least one legislator took the time to remind everyone of the basis of our legal system being "innocent until PROVEN guilty."

I find it both laughable and not just a little detestable that partisanship changes how that particular basis of our system works.

People, you need to stick to the topic of this thread which is Mueller testifying in front of the House Intel Committee.

Its 2019. We now have three plea options:

Innocent.
Guilty.
Democratically Not Innocent.

Watching the House Intel Committee hearing:

Why is Trump required to inform the FBI of Russian efforts to interfere in the election, but the FBI, who knew about Russian efforts to interfere as far back as 2014, said nothing to his campaign about Russian efforts to interfere?

In everything I have seen, all Mueller is doing - in a manner that does not exactly inspire confidence that he even knows what planet he is on - is repeating what is already written in a publicly available document. There is no guilt being proven, just a theater of the absurd around the opinion that Trump might have obstructed something, maybe?

It's a kangaroo court meant to sway public opinion, nothing more.

Did you find evidence of obstruction? Well, no, but.... Thank you, "no" will suffice. Everything after that is blah blah blah.

So the way I see it is your hoping that Muller will state something that the conservatives can later use against him. He’s playing by the rules laid out for him. Period.

Simple, their party currently controls the House of Representatives. When Republicans controlled, their chair peeps lead off in the same way.

Watching the coverage at this moment, it seems that perhaps Mueller wasn't the primary author of the report.
