Yes. This man used machetes to kill those people, in my state those would be illegal. Make them illegal everywhere or illegal to purchase without a license or registration.
I am no more interested in banning all knives than I am no guns but this case exactly shows why we can get rid or or require registration for the ones that are being used most commonly to commit mass killings.
I don't understand.
Do machetes get banned after all guns because guns of all kinds are still used more often in homicides?

Name a state that it is legal to murder somebody with a machete.
I recall the 9-11 hijackers used utilty knives (boxcutters) to control entire aircraft full of people.
No one is celebrating, merely pointing out violence and hatred exists in all parts of society. The thought du jour is only white nationalists are responsible for the violence in the world.
This is an example of how a different culture using a different weapon can still cause carnage.
Banning knives (said as a joke) are comments coming from this story? Like there is any comparison whatsoever to guns and the issues they are presenting? Please. I suppose if a blackbelt killed someone with their bare hands then the joke would be what, ban all black belts? Still a human behind the gun, knife, or hands. Ban us all!!
I can't believe that the two that got robbed allowed this devil back in again later.
