Well, several million Danes are kinda PO'd right now. As is the case with most right-thinking people, they've been sort of entertained by the adults gently explaining that Greenland isn't for sale.
However, finagling an invite from Her Majesty and then "postponing"? That's not how it works - it's a head of state inviting another head of state to be the guest of honor, it's not a voucher. It's pretty much a given that the court will not issue another invitation.
If he shows up later, he can meet with the PM at the airport or the US embassy. As one Danish politician put it (and a right-wing politician, too):"Why not just cancel? We are so busy here with other things."
The Danes need to understand Trump's maturity level and how extremely insecure he is.

Yeah, that's not how Scandinavians roll, though. Serious matters are taken seriously, and egos should be checked at the door. We like to deal with facts and numbers, bluster and posturing indicates someone who can't back his/her position - be it due to lack of homework (tut-tut) or simply that the numbers aren't in his/her favor. No need to waste time on either one, is there?
