Do all rapes have to be recorded on video in meticulous detail in order for it be clear that it's a sexual assault?
With many crimes, there is NO video recording. Does video have to be the absolute requirement for prosecution? If so, we need to let tons and tons of prisoners out of jail.
No, they don't. But at the same time that doesn't change the fact that the video doesn't show rape or sexual assault. Thus, it is not "clear" as some in this thread have claimed. That's the point I'm making with the video.
I saw a few second clip without information regarding the context. the jurors were given all the facts. they didn't convict the man of rape. I respect their decision. why do you dispute the decision of the jurors?
There's no other plausible explanation than she was trying to get away from a sexual situation and was assaulted, kidnapped and forced to have sex.
No woman is going to run out of a room naked at night in public and a man chase her down naked and drag her back unless he's raping her.
Why in the hell didn't the woman with the phone do something when the victim asked for help? Scream. Kick the guy in the shin, scream, something??? What good is calling 911 when the guy is able to rape her while they are on the way?

I don't know. The bigger question is why didn't the woman do anything? Did she think she was drunk and it was some kind of argument going on?
