What is that, roughly $3 or $4 per taxpayer ? I'll even give it $10. I'm fine with that, it is worth the hours of entertainment I get from this site and watching the news.
Well it's in direct violation of the Constitutional clause on emoluments. Bring it on! This should make impeachment a breeze.
I doubt it. Trump is so popular with his base that impeachment will likely never happen. Plus, I doubt most people would consider a violation of the emoluments clause to be impeachment worthy even though it technically is.
Why does he give away his salary? I don’t think this is true, even if it was, did you call out Clinton and Barack for profiting off their presidency?
You have to profit WHILE you're in office for it to count against you - book deals, speaking engagements, etc. after out of office don't count....figure it out.
