Bedbug victim 'outraged' as Trump denies infestation at Miami resort

Quote:
A New Jersey insurance man who sued and then settled over an itchy infestation at the "tremendous" resort where Trump hopes to host world leaders next year said he's "outraged" by the president's attempt to deny bedbug reports.

Eric Linden is bound by a confidentiality agreement not to discuss the settlement of his 2016 lawsuit -- but he was plenty unhappy with Trump's tweets Tuesday deriding the claims about his Trump National Doral Miami resort.

"I'm outraged by it," said Linden, 66, who lives in Fort Lee.

Quote:
Linder demanded $15,000 compensation after being subjected to bites causing "welts, lumps and marks over much of his face, neck, arms and torso."
Imagine all the world leaders presenting to the morning meetings with welts and lumps all over their faces.

That is pretty much the response for Trump supporters, its some type of TDS when they criticize him for the most insane statements. He missed the conference on climate change but had time to plug the Doral, maybe he has a future as a wedding planner when he leaves office,

What scares me most is not Trumps irrational statements but the 40% that continue make excuses and support him with claims that the media is picking on him.

Good God. Hawking his real estate like a carnival barker at the G7. Shouldn't he have been meeting with our allies to enlist their help with China's trading practices? Or perhaps attending the meeting on climate?

What specific ways did Clinton and Obama profit from being President while still in office? How much of that money came from foreign governments?

But don't you see - it's part of that four-dimensional chess, that Trump reputedly keeps playing. With the other G7 leaders afflicted by bed-bugs, they'll be distracted and in a weakened negotiating position. It's all a negotiating tactic! .... Who could possibly worry about free-trade or global warming, when your face and neck are insufferably itchy?

His poll numbers are down across the board with all the Democrat hopefuls. Even Fox News says so. Maybe he's just acting especially stupid intentionally to ensure he won't win. He never expected to win the Presidency in the first place.

That and the Doral resort is not doing well financially either.

Trump’s Doral resort ‘severely under-performing’

Like anything Trump touches

He would have been better sticking Daddy's money in an s&p fund

Here’s something to chew on: just read Trump has already cost taxpayers 278 years of annual salary just for his golfing vacations.
