There needs to be some accountability, especially when it is taken to the level it has been for Kavanaugh. All those who helped to perpetrate and then perpetuate the slander needs to be held accountable.

There are 350 million people in this country with all kinds of different agendas. You can’t just take everyone who claims somethings word for it, there needs to be solid evidence. Our founders were very aware of this which is why they set the burden so high, BEYOND a reasonable doubt.
Our law states that witness testimony IS evidence. It's up to the jury to consider the credibility of any witness.
You can twist it all you want but WITNESS TESTIMONY IS EVIDENCE. That's the way our court system works. IF you don't like it - work to change it.

all I said, which is fact..is that a "witness" that didn't see anything, or cant remember if they saw anything, is not really a witness, as they have ZERO evidence to contribute

Sure it is. If it is in fact a valid witness. How can you call it a witness if they don't recall being there, don't recall the event, and don't recall any of the alleged event?
