It's legal.
I didn't ask whether it's legal.
I asked whether anyone at any time, regardless of age, situation or purpose should be allowed to carry a knife.

So in your opinion, people should be allowed to bring, let's say a 12 inch combat knife to a ball game?
You'd be good with that?

Right. Well that's exactly the way it is in the UK.
So there's no argument here.

You can kill someone with a three inch pocket knife, screwdriver, hammer, baseball bat, etc. It's not the implement its the PERSON. Why are you people so fixated on the tool? It's weird.

Who is 'you people'? Please talk to me directly. I don't represent anyone else.

You quoted me but didn't answer the question.

Would it be okay with you if everyone to turned up to a ball game with 12 inch combat knives?
Yes or no?
It's a simple question.

Stick them in a fire like Homoerectus used to do.

Then they can ban flames.

Once again, knives in the UK are not banned.

If it's private property and they allow it sure. If the law allows it yes. I don't know of any MLB parks that allow knives though.

Why would I be afraid of someone carrying a knife when I am too. Or better yet, carrying a CCW.
