I always find it bizarre when Trump supporters call people "globalists" and "elitists" as an epithet. Can someone explain this?
Can one possibly get more "globalist" and "elitist" than a superwealthy-at-birth, lifelong Manhattan-residing, elite schools from preK to college, Ivy League grad with business interests and property all over the planet, and multiple foreign-born wives? Trump is basically a caricature of "globalist" and "elitist".
Also, what is wrong about being a "globalist" or "elitist"? You prefer someone who is provincial and dumb? If someone called me "globalist and elite" I would thank them.
You Want To Know Why Judas RINO Mitt Romney Is In Favor Of Impeaching Trump?
Well, OP, I believe it is because he has made the choice to be a true Republican as opposed to declaring himself a member of the lawless Party of Trump. He appears to comprehend this current crisis dictates a decision for all conservatives: Do we pledge allegiance to the man occupying the Oval Office ( the REAL RINO in all of this) or do we value and respect The Office of the Presidency and place the USA and her Constitution over partisanship?
Republicans may now be seeing what others have long thought: There is a Democratic Party. There is a Republican Party. And there is The Party of Trump. Conservatives and liberals have long agreed that we have 3 co-equal branches of government as dictated by America's Constitution. The leader of the Trump Party does not seem to get it, as he demands loyalty to self and flaunts his lawlessness over our United States of America.
Decision time for, we the people, who care about the future of the USA and not its political differences but its cherished form of government and system of laws.

You have to remember one thing. The Republican party of Ronald Reagan is dead and gone. It is the Trumpist party now. A Trumpist party that puts Trump above all. To the Trumper, Trump is their Kim Jong Un. A leader to be worshiped and never questioned.
Bingo!
There are a lot of people whose careers and money ride on Trump being in office. All those books and Podcast will be thrown in the Trash heap if Trump is not re-elected because the Party will shift again.
The party is only loyal to Trump if he can win, otherwise he will be tossed to the side and the party will move on.
Yeah, I don't get it. Why would someone NOT want a "globalist" or "elitist" in global, elite positions of power? Why is that an epithet? And how can you support Trump and then claim to be against elites and globalists?
They want Cleetus from the backwoods managing the Federal Reserve? They want the town drunk as Treasury Secretary? Maybe a crack ho as Secretary of State?
It's interesting to me that the only two sane persons (McCain and Romney) the Republicans ran in the last two decades, are both accused by their own party as not true Republicans.
It's as if a person is not stone cold crazy, that person does not belong in the GOP.
.
In recent elections, the Pub base has shown a marked preference for voting for the craziest teabagger on the ballot.

the poster here is part of a political movement that runs ANTIFA thugs out to beat the crap out of people they don't agree with politically.
Good info, the plot thickens on the corrupt Biden/Obama/Romney traitors.
