Trump has no loyalty to anyone. He is the ultimate turncoat.

Only a fool trusts Donald Trump.

Of course, Trump does seems to have a special love for dictators like Erdogan.

Speaking of turncoats. The democrats are the turncoats to this president.

Credibilty zilch.

What's REALLY funny is that if Warren, Biden or Harris said the same thing Trump did, you'd be just as quick to oppose them. Credibility zilch.

Difficult to wind down though. I mean, let's be honest. We don't really do world policing. If we did we'd be on the ground in Yemen, Nigeria, Venezuela, Congo, etc. etc. Turkey is one of our allies in the Syrian civil war. We're not there to keep a few civilians from getting bombed.... which is why we're not in Yemen, Nigeria, Congo, and Venezuela either. It really has nothing to do with world police. We're just interested in destabilizing one of Iran's allies in the region. If one of our allies wants to come in and do that and stomps on a few Kurds in the process... well, that's unfortunate but it's not like we really care about the Kurds. We really don't care about them anymore than the civilians we helped Saudi Arabia bomb in Yemen. We do, however, care about Iran... which is why we bomb civilians in Yemen and occupied and armed Kurds in Syria.

After a coup @ the eighties, The government of Turkey would not allow the Kurds to even say the word Kurd, or they would be killed or imprisoned.. We are headed there today in the US.. NYC made a law that if you say illegal alien you will be fined $250 thousand dollars.. yes, the liberal extremists are now here.

Why are you singling out the Democrats?

This crisis in the making is getting opposition from the GOP too, including Mitch, Lindsay, Fox hosts and even Pat Robertson of all people!

Give it a rest with your Trump can do no wrong rationale for everything. Or maybe your agenda is like Putin's, sow havoc and division in America so Russia benefits?

Turkey is on the side of ISIS (the Nusra Front). They are trying to overthrow Assad, true, but they are a terrorist group that is no ally of the US.

Donald Trump ‘Has No Spine,’ And ‘Got Rolled’ By Turkey, National Security Council Official Tells ‘Newsweek’

Am NSC official who heard Donald Trump's call Sunday with Turkey President Recep Tayyip Erdogan says that Trump 'got rolled' by the Turkish strongman.

Less than 24 hours after the White House announced that Donald Trump ordered United States troops away from the border between Syria and Turkey, green-lighting a Turkish invasion aimed at the Kurdish fighters there who led the battle against the terrorist group ISIS, reports came out of the region that Turkish warplanes were already attacking a convoy of Kurd soldiers in the region. Reporting via its Twitter account, the news site PoliticTurk posted images that it said showed the Turkish attack on an aid convoy bringing supplies to the YPG, or People’s Protection Units, a Kurdish militia that has spearheaded the war against ISIS in Syria
I wouldn't expect them to wait long. Trump has no clue what he is doing, so he is apt to change his mind at any time. The window for genocide is narrow.

Hmmmm, I seem to remember some saying about horses and barn doors?

That's going to be little comfort after the Kurds have been massacred. How about PREVENTING the massacre? How about protecting those that gave us such support in the fight against ISIS?

Look at these morons, Republican and Democrat, that got us involved in this mess, now cry when Trump is taking us out. Other than staying involved for eternity, they offer no solutions. Trump is doing what Obama was afraid to do, stand up to the lunatics and say “This is crazy, we’re done here”.

What’s the plan Rinos? Occupy Syria forever, hold ISIS prisoners on tax payer dime? What’s your angle democrats? Other than oppose Trump over anything. You would support Obama making this move 100%
