We got nothing from this so-called cease fire. We betrayed and now have surrendered our allies to the Turks and the Arab militias. As Turkey's foreign minister said, they got everything they wanted. We have no honor. Our president has brought shame upon our country.

Where are all the idiots who said Trump's letter would cause WW3? Trump is spot on. Doing things the same way as other presidents and expecting different results doesn't work. Lip service and sounding presidential doesn't do a damn bit of good. Trump got nasty and they played ball. Apparently that's what it takes with these stubborn Middle East leaders.

That's certainly what Democrats told us during the Bush presidency, that our foreign entanglements led to 9/11. The term they used was "blowback."

Now the Dems love them some war.

Assad: “Syria to resist Turkish invasion by all legitimate means.”

Seems like the Kurds have an ally in their country, the actual President of Syria. This could work itself out about as well as anyone could ask for, all without the need of US troops.

No honor? You honestly think this is the first time we "betrayed" an ally? We have constantly done it in the Middle East. We are always switching sides over there. Once we were buddy buddy with Iran. Then Iraq. And let's not forget Obama turning his back on Libya and actually attacking them when they were not a threat to us and had agreed to disarm under Bush's era.

I agree we shouldn’t have troops there or sell arms to the Saudi’s no matter how lucrative it is. I’d like to see total troops withdraw from Afghanistan next, followed by Iraq, then Saudi Arabia. I bet the congress would oppose everyone of these moves but if anyone would do it, Trump would.

Just wait until the next time the U.S. needs the backing of an ally somewhere in the world and they decline to help because they don't trust us. MAGA, indeed.
Are farmers are doing just fine not that you libs ever cared a whit about them before.

LOL as long as we don't elect anymore warmongering Democrats into the Whitehouse we won't need allies to fight foreign wars.

You need to study history a bit more. Wars have been started under Dems and Reps alike. Every president is part of the military industrial complex.
