Another Middle East "cease fire"? Yeah sure.

Will Trump throw Gülen under the bus for a peace deal, I wonder?

Strange how this is a big deal now when it wasn't when Obama was pulling out of Iraq and making room for ISIS....

but you did (not) give Trump credit for beating ISIS in Iraq.. so there is that.

This is what a Trump cease fire is: Trump has agreed to give a piece of Syria which is the homeland of the Kurds who defeated ISIS for us at great cost to Turkey. He just handed a piece of someone else's nation to a hostile foreign invader and he is calling it a cease fire. What should he have done? Demanded that Turkey pull its troops back behind its own border or force "destruction of its economy" as he threatened to do. Trump has the spine of a wet noodle.

The real decisions will take place several days from now when Putin and Erdogan work out the details in Sochi. There are rumors still denied that Assad will be joining them. Pence announced this as the Kurdish YPG retreating from a now greatly expanded Safe Zone. The Turkish media is reportedly spinning that Kurdish populations will also now be relocated. Kurdish population centers are located within the expanded Safe Zone. For now, the Turkish troops and their Sunni militia allies remain behind. When asked how the U.S. will monitor that there will be no further killings: the answer was "diplomatic pressure."

There appear to have been no details actually 'negotiated' between Pence and Erdogan about the territory, only the temporary halt to fighting with a hold on U.S. sanctions.

Hys-frickin'-sterical.

For the last 48 hours, the left has been unhinged about pulling soldiers out of Syria. Nancy Pelosi had a meltdown yesterday over it.

Pence negotiates a ceasefire w/ Turkey and one would think that would be the leading story on all networks.

Nope. At least on CNN & MSNBC it's still ... IMPEACH IMPEACH IMPEACH

Lol I just checked CNN.com and they have the story with the same smaller size font as man discovers shipwreck story. They will never give Trump credit for anything.

Yet it is bold front and center on Fox news.
