I wonder if he thinks the constitution's electoral college is also phony. Trump makes a mockery of the US constitution on a daily basis following it only when it suits hims and dismissing it when it doesn't.

You're mincing words. The bottom line is Trump has no respect for the law. He said as much with his comment about shooting someone on 5th Avenue. And his several bankruptcies where he wormed out of paying the money he borrowed. Or his phony Trump University which ripped off 100's of kids. The guy thinks laws and rules don't apply to him and when someone tries to, he says it is phony or a witch hunt. And the sad thing is, his base backs him up on it.
What has Trump done that is unconstitutional? Do you not think he has a legal team, advisors, and also legislators and courts that would say anything if he did try to do something illegal?

trump whining this morning in a twitter tantrum how his legal rights are being violated by the impeachment investigation. the US constitution is clear, impeachment is a political process handled by the house and senate, not a legal process handled by the court.
Not for the sake of just taking a jab at Trump, but he really does exhibit some learning disability issues. He also has problems with reading, and blames it on not having his glasses with him !
Anyone who listens to him speak (if you can take it for more than a minute) will realize he has very basic intelligence, nothing special. He covers that up by acting rude and abrasive, so that no one has the opportunity to question him on what he just said.
Even his college professor has said he was the "Dumbest G-damn student I ever had !" which is probably why he will do anything to keep his records from being made public. By his age, most humans have learned a lot and become much smarter over the years. Trump has actually regressed, probably signaling some brain depletion.
