You realize if a company built the road network it wouldn't be able to profit? Care to provide examples, how extensive of a road network did they build. Was it a small secondary road to maybe to get to their business off of the main thoroughfare?

For example, plenty of oil gas companies do that. They build roads to enter very remote areas. They can very extensive depending on the areas.

Yes I can believe this, nothing comparable to our current road network however. There is no incentive for private business to build our current road network without charging user fees. They would only build these roads in the most profitable area and I doubt there would be a road network going from everyone's home to said toll road.
