Apparently "Merry Coffee" is offensive because it looks a lot like "Christmas" without actually saying it. Conservatives were outraged in 2015 by the plain red Starbucks cups and again in 2016 by the green "Unity" cups. Do you agree or disagree?
It doesn't bother me. I don't know why people get so worked up about this.
Ploy twist: conservatives who entered this thread and said they don't care and/or haven't drank Starbucks in years... very much care.
Ploy twist: John Fante who entered this thread and made things up about conservatives doesn't care about the truth and wont discuss policy because all the big government policies he backs are failures. It's always about policy.
This thread is the typical type of garbage on what the nanny staters love to post because it has no value and deflects from the real problems we face. Almost all of our problems are the fault of big government intervening in our lives and wasting our money.

I drink at Starbucks, I'm an Athiest, I'm fairly Conservative, give Christmas presents to my friends and family, even the Athiest and Bhudist, and Jewish ones, and wish everyone a "Merry Christmas". It's no big deal. Hopefully Christmas is always a great holiday celebrated by most all Americans, but a few disgruntled Leftist.
I remember that. The right went crazy because of a tan suit.
I remember when Obama supporters held their breath and remained utterly quiet when secret photographs appeared with their perfect leader meeting with the most Racist black man in US history. Of course they're ok with the White, Jewish and Gay hating Farrakhan, because it's in their Character.

The article shows two tweets that lightly snark on the coffee cups..
The first tweeter, Thot Hashira, basically said "Merry Coffee" is silly.
The second tweeter, DG, basically said that with all of their money it was the best slogan that SB's could come up with.
And, bawac, because of the nature of the tweets you call those two "Conservatives" who are "upset"
LOL. Thot appears to be a Trump hating socialist and DC appears to be a Bernie Sanders fan.....
Personally, I do not care about SB's cups, and I never had. However, I do care when someone wrongfully tries to use what is said about the cups as propaganda ... against the wrong crowd. The title of this thread should be corrected to say Liberals instead of Conservatives, right?
/thread .. until the thread title is corrected.
And, as far as Obama's tan suit ... I never knew I was supposed to be outraged over it, until the past couple of years. It is true I do not care for Obama, but, he does have the frame to look good in a suit no matter what the color of it is.

After further study it has come to my attention that the OP headline is misleading (absolute lie), and fox news mad much ado of 2 tweets from unknowns, seemingly libs. Really, is this just a comp, ete waste of cyber space? Absolutely.
