Trump solicited a bribe. That is first hand from people who were on the call (Vindman).

The GOP clown's will get a chance to ask question's.

If anything like yesterday Trump should resign.
One of the conditions that must be met to convict a person of bribery is that " corrupt intent must be proved".

The "hearsay" defense will be blown out of the water on Friday when David Holmes testifies. He overheard Trump's phone call with Sondland. That's first hand evidence, cons.

Sondland's testimony will be a treat. He will have a choice: completely rat out Trump or face perjury charges. I bet he wants his million dollars back.

Easy peasy. Trump's malice aforethought is proven by sending his personal lawyer Giuliani to set the whole thing up in advance. Personal lawyers don't do big things on their own. There's only one person who could have ordered Giuliani to set up the extortion in Ukraine, and that's President Trump.

That is called " eavesdropping" not first hand. And it is subject to discussion regarding suppression as evidence.

Are you interested in the truth, or are you trying to find some technicality to suppress the truth?

Vindman (sp) is a first hand witness as he was on the call.

Giuliani should just run away to some place where there is no extradition treaty.

" aforethought" ? That isn't evidence.

Rudy. perfectly legal.

Your opinion isn't evidence .

So that means we will get another round of his opinion to what foreign policy should be ?

" technicality " ? Laws are written to prevent exactly what the Democrats are attempting to do. Beyond a reasonable doubt. Remember that ?

Impeachment is a constitutional remedy to deal with egregious conduct by a president but there must be some expectation that if one resorts to this extreme measure, there is at least some likelihood that he will be removed from office. We are not going to see 20 Republican senators voting to remove Trump.
AOC is the only Dem who told the truth. She stated it was to "prevent" Trump from winning in 2020.

https://www.breitbart.com/clips/2019...ing-next-year/

Yes, I know, "Breitbart?!" Just open it because the video of her saying it is right at the top.

Quote:
"On Wednesday’s broadcast of CNN’s “The Situation Room,” Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) said today’s public hearing in the impeachment inquiry of President Donald Trump was ”not just about something that has occurred.”

She said it was instead “about preventing a potentially disastrous outcome from occurring next year.”

...We also need to move quite quickly because we’re talking about the potential compromise of the 2020 elections. And so this is not just about something that has occurred; this is about preventing a potentially disastrous outcome from occurring next year.”
She then goes on to blabber about how they have some kind of devastating proof of something, who knows, but no quid pro quo, not bribery, not extortion - just what the lying Dems have made up in their minds.

Meanwhile, the USMCA is not being worked on by the Dems - on purpose.

In fact, the Dems haven't done much of anything beyond, "omG! Impeach!!!!!"

I've asked this before, but I'll ask again: How many times are the left going to fall for this nonsense only to be let down again, causing them to lash out at other posters, as we have already seen on this thread with people cursing up a storm and declaring that some posts are garbage - hello, welcome to P&OC? How many times? When is the left going to finally get it that their own party thinks they are stupid, and lies straight to their faces, day in and day out?

Never?

Welp, enjoy the rage. I'm sure it's wonderful for health.
