I'd say that race relations are better now than when Obama was President. Obama was divisive and came off as racially biased.

By the way, why don't we see any more videos showing white cops shooting unarmed black people like we used to 4+ years ago?

liberals are doing their best to divide by race and other demographic categories.

Trump is bring the country together.

the lies of charlotte and furgeson, supported by the democrats and the plan to rewrite our history as noted by MO in 2008, are the prime movers of division by the hate and fear mongering socialist democrats

I think Trump wouldn't tolerate the Riots, blm type stuff like Obama did. But the anger of inner city against police is there, especially in big cities like NYC. Blasio has helped that.

There is no way to really tell without polling and even with polling what metric would one use?

I think a lot of whites were upset at seeing a black president and hence projected that race relations were getting worse....because they were unhappy. Keep in mind that race relations = how whites are feeling about the issue of race. Hence, whites are happier now that a white man is president again, hence, since race relations mean white sentiment, they are bound to see relations as better because they are feeling better with whites back in control.

That having been said, I think race relations get better the fewer people there are born between 1920 and 1990 living in the population.

Overall better regardless of how much the current administration tries to create division and villify certain minority groups. More needs to be done in the never ending effort to achieve true equality. Unfortunately, just about all on this political board are Caucasian...would be nice to hear from others to see their perspective...they may feel much different.

obama set race relations back 100 years, it was all part of his plan to divide America. It will take many years to repair all of the damage he did in his eight years.

There are quite a few black people on this board that is false.

Might I ask what the current administration is doing to 'vilify certain minority groups'? And please don't start with 'well well well he said all Mexicans are rapists'. That is also false.
