very interesting how the right-wing media talkers work

Exactly. And to be more precise, I believe it has been about a dozen attacks BY blacks and AGAINST Jews in the last month or so. And somehow....it's Trump's fault.

Democrats were so afraid of offending the anti-Semites in their base (and there are plenty of them) that they were unwilling to issue a resolution condemning anti-Semitism after one of their own (!!) advanced anti-Semitic tropes.

Well, yeah, they really have. When you nurture one kind of identitarianism, it gives rise to other identitarian groups. The recent rise in identitiarian groups dates back to the Trayvon Martin case. It was handled especially poorly by the president at the time, though probably with the best of intentions, which gave rise to the BLM identiarian movement. This only got worse over the next few years with many more poorly handled situations every one of them feeding identitarian movements of all kinds. The lunge leftward by our friends on the left and the acceptance of the neo-Marxist conflict theory only made matters worse.

That kind of thing was so fringe it was almost non-existent before that.

There's no room in society for identitarian politics, it's a cancer that needs to be eradicated entirely.

Correct. It shows the institutionalization of Jew hatred in the Democratic Party. Please somebody show me where it’s institutionalized on the right.

I don't buy it. Republicans are rebranding the left as anti-semitic as part of their standard fear-mongering tactics.

It's a little disingenuous to say all liberal Jews are non-religious. Really the only Jewish group that mostly votes Republican are Hasidics, which is sorta ironic considering how much government assistance they use.

DeBlasio said the Monsey attack was because of Trump.

I don't know why this is so hard for some of you, but there you go.
No doubt there is some truth in all those opinions.

Are you a "black and white 100%" type of person, or are you able to see deeper cause and affect and nuances of history and social behavior???

White supremacy. white nationalism, trump.....are all, for discussion sake, the same thing. The current rage in some places is right wing nationalism which also ties into Right Wing Authoritarianism. That's the scene in the USA right at the moment.

Authoritarianism, for example, would easily correlate with people who feel it is OK for strangers (school admins, for example) to beat their kids. Authoritarians are fine with Police locking up people for pot.

Now, as to the regionality of these things.......one example:

"Number of states that have legalized marijuana: 11 (Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, Oregon, Vermont and Washington State) + District of Columbia"

These states are, just by this major action, less Authoritarian than those that haven't legalized or strongly decriminalized. You'd have to twist yourself into a lot of knots to suggest that many Southern States haven't used drugs and petty crime as a way of "White Supremacy".....which still continues to this day. In fact, those states bought tens of thousands of acres of land and put prisoners to work for profit....so the more they locked up, the more money they made and they also "knew their place".....

Please - at the same exact time that the Right is working hard to take more voting rights away from certain populations, don't suggest that White Supremacy somehow magically disappeared with the Civil Rights or Voting acts.

The truth hurts sometimes but that doesn't mean we should ignore it. Hopeless people, and that would include many in poverty with little way out...without health care or a piece of the pie....are very likely to hate just about everyone.

This seems like simple social science but apparently you don't think it exists.

Jealously and Envy and the results of poverty, poor nutrition, poor education and lack of a "stake" in society results in many bad things.....whether in the hills of Harlan Cty, KY or the streets of Jersey City.

Please - let's not pretend that Trumps #1 man, S. Miller, is not a White Nationalist.

TRUMP WILL WIN. To what degree that turns on the elderly Jews in Florida casting their vote for him, time will tell. Amazing if it all comes down to Florida again, and he wins the state by 500 votes. 500 JEWISH votes. From old Jews who remember the Holocaust first-hand.
It won`t be 500 votes from angry old confederates who still wish it was the 50s? 1850s or 1950s ...either one works for them. Rural Florida is still rural Florida.

Yes. Full of propaganda to try and win a tad more of the Jewish vote. Just like the propaganda spread on this forum about how blacks are just FLOCKING to vote for Trump.

I dare say you are more exuberant that you can use this incident to forward your personal agenda against blacks and liberals.....than you are upset at what happened to these Jewish people. You probably hope for MORE of these attacks to help further that agenda. You are more concerned about your white-right....than Jewish peoples fate....and that is clear.
