Yes... the port at Bandar Abbas first as it is the Iranian Navy base right at the Strait of Hormuz!

Of course, I share that view. But they are SOLDIERS. Their purpose is to fight, and if they must fight, they will. But they are far from sitting ducks. The have the best and finest equipment money can buy. Tools and technology that are almost mind boggling. And as a taxpayer, I hope they continue to be supplied those things.

“ sitting ducks” is a description of an unarmed vulnerable target waiting without defenses to be slaughtered
I think it is an insult to even imply that is the case.

Let us hope and pray that this horrible situation can be deescalated. Put pressure on our politicians to work towards peace. The Iranian youth want to live in freedom.

I doubt they're as good but then what couldn't hit an airbase? I doubt they could hit Jerusalem or even Riyahd but just about all of the gulf states and populated parts of Iraq are in range.
Iran now has the capacity of long-range missiles to hit Israel and even Saudi Arabia .

Watching a bunch of armchair chickenhawks play general with other people's lives makes me sick. Bring back the draft, put a gun into your hands and off to Iran all of you go.

So here is some good news. Putin just happens to be in the immediate vicinity in the Mideast, and perhaps he will try to broker a peace, i.e., talk Trump down from the ceiling.

He is one of the only guys Trump looks up to and listens to. And there are all those Deutsche Bank loans backed by Russia. Trump has been ceding control and power to Russia incrementally. Might as well give it all.

How ironic. Russian exceptionalism has replaced American. Trump has diminished us.
