Those ballistic missiles pose no threat to Israel. It's more than 500 miles from Iran to Israel. Assuming one of those old ballistic missiles could reach Israel, their Iron Dome system would make short work of it. They would have plenty of warning since it's so far away.
Hezbollah is in Lebanon. It is unknown how many ballistic missiles were shipped to Lebanon. The Iron Dome system will be worthless if Hezbollah fires dozens of missiles at the same time.
