And that "democracy" is passing laws and legislation at the state level, in many cases, without the vote of the people that are unconstitutional. Its not an act of terrorism nor a threat of civil war to do your constitutional duty and protect your rights, but that's the current democratic plan when YOU don't get your restrictive gun control ways is to start throwing around the "terrorist" label. Its all about checks and balances, and assuring tyrannical state governments can't remove the rights and obstruct the duty of the people to remove said tyrannical government.
Which you get rid of them for passing those laws every election and for that matter primary election too... Not to mention any special elections
Another person for civil war but thinks they are "patriotic"
Actually that is what would happen in this hypothetical right-wing fundamentalist Christian theocratic dictatorship that the GOP wants to force on this country. 30 years from now, the US may look like Russia under the Tsars, with an aristocracy controlling all of the wealth and hoarding it for themselves and refugees trying to pour over the northern and southern borders to freedom and prosperity.
"Under his eye" there bawac....Gilead is going to happen !

Not in the least on both accounts. We just had a recall effort for our AG that got the votes it needed to go on the ballot, but was thrown out of court by the liberal judge in the county it was filed in.
You don't want the system to work or you wouldn't be pushing for civil war on earlier posts. You've been exposed. If you were for the system to work, Your solutions would be to pursue solutions (non violently and legislatively) IN THE SYSTEM...
I can't spell this out for you in simple enough terms apparently.
Here's my final attempt before writing you off as hopeless
The consequences of authoritarian tyranny is civil conflict. That's just a fact.
If you push for authoritarian tyranny, you are pushing fir civil conflict.
By pushing to end civil rights and civil liberties, you are pushing for authoritarian tyranny.
I'm hoping the authoritarian tyrants fail in their efforts either by the courts stepping up in defense of the people or the people standing up for themselves at the polls. I don't want the inevitable consequences of authoritarian tyranny.
Now either you understand that or you're hopeless.
This is a test..what happens here , if the Democrats succeed will happen across the country.
It was either an awful move on Virginia's governor's part or indeed a test.
