Midnight Mitch wants to have the trial first and then debate after whether or not there should be evidence and witnesses. Imagine a trial with no evidence or witnesses. Talk about bass ackwards. Plus he wants a resolution that he can dismiss the trial at any time. W T F? I hope that they deliberate soberly the evidence and talk to all relevant witnesses but I have almost no faith that Mitch will do that. He might get away with it but history will bear witness to this and not be kind to all that try and engage in a farce.

Yes, its the same process that president Clinton got for his impeachment trial.

You can be no more fair than to have the same process for both a democrat, and Republican president.

Yah but it’s not if there is no witnesses or evidence. That is not the same as the Clinton trial and not fair. That’s what I call a sham trial. Show me a fair trial that did not have witnesses or evidence submitted... you can’t.

It will be every bit as fair as the process held in the House.

The farce is on the Left. Lying Schiff running his yap is guaranteeing the President's resounding reelection.

America thanks you and your type.

There will be evidence presented by both sides.

We don't know yet if there will be witnesses, or not.

If the dems want witnesses that have privileged information, and other potential witnesses have already publicly stated that they will refuse to testify (Schiff, Biden) then I don't see any reason to call witnesses.

If you think the American people will support dragging this out for six, or more months to go to the courts, you are mistaken.

Do you think the house was fair?

Even with "impeach the MF" girl voting?

Or what about "impeach 45" girl voting?

This whole bogus impeachment process in the House and the Senate trial designed only to unseat a properly elected POTUS will be a giant stain on American History. Worse the slavery? No, but certainly more important than any other series of events in my lifetime.

Fair in that the outcome will be just, but it'll obviously be partisan.... though probably not as partisan as the House inquiry.

Nasty Drunk Nancy wants to have the trial first and then debate after whether or not there should be evidence and witnesses. Imagine a trial with no evidence or witnesses from the other side. Talk about bass ackwards. Plus she wants to hold the Articles of Impeachment for a month.. W T F? I hope that they deliberate soberly the evidence and talk to all relevant witnesses but I have almost no faith that Nasty will do that.
