We went red twice with Chris Christie (yeah he was a disaster), but hey we still went red, so you never know.

Wildwood Convention Center capacity is 7400. I think people will camp out for days.

Almost all motels within walking distance sold out, some almost immediately. Manager of the Days Inn & Suites directly across from the arena, said all rooms were gone within 24 hours of the event’s being announced.

Most Airbnb rentals are ranging from $150 to $990 per night. Wildwood city schools will be closed on Jan. 28.

I agree, however, New Jersey will become even less significant as they continue to lose residents to other states, and thus Delegates. New Jersey is dying. The property taxes there are driving people away, so in 2020, New Jersey will likely see its population decline for the first time in its history.

I wish the 2020 elections took place the day after the homeowners in New Jersey received their property tax bills. The State might flip to Red.

I'm guessing this one will be moved to a larger venue.

The Rally's are electric, and the feeling of comraderie is extremely strong, and uplifting. The message is one of unbridled patriotism, and optimism for the future. Its a stark contrast to what the Dems are trying to sell...gloom and doom, and angry Socialists swinging their fists wildly in a self-induced rage.

If you have the chance to go to a Trump Rally, don't miss it. Bring a lot of patience though, the lines are long, and they don't move too fast due to the screening.

So far as Jersey flipping...New Jersey is experiencing a mass outbound exodus of people trying to avoid the crazy high taxes. Many who can get out, have gotten out, or are planning to get out soon. I've noticed that most of them who left, are Conservatives who just couldnt' deal with the Dem policy's of tax and spend anymore. Those who remain are okay with the Dem policy's, so the % of Dems is increasing as a whole.

I don't see it flipping in a very long time, if ever. The Dems closest to NYC are highly concentrated, and there are Millions of them, so they will stay in control. Those further from NYC are fleeing when they can. New Jersey will instead lose Delegates as the overall population falls. NJ's a dying State, but the last person standing will be a staunch Dem. I saw it all play out before when I lived in Detroit.

My wife and her family are from NJ, and I live in Florida w/ a LOT of former New Jersey residents, so I know a little about what's going on there.

The campaign pays for the rallies (and he declared early for re-election) for that reason. With the campaign paying for the rallies (no government affiliation) they can let in or not let in at their discretion. They can make the rallies as 'Trump friendly' as possible. They don't have to follow government rules about who would have a right to be there, which would force people more likely to protest to be let in.

South Jersey didn't vote for Trump. More votes went to Hillary if I aggregate the votes in the Southern NJ counties in the Philly market.

The Jersey shore (3/4 counties with exception of Atlantic County) voted from Trump though.
