Without removal, the word impeachment means absolutely nothing.

How many times have we heard Bill Clinton's" name since he was impeached, followed by the word impeached?
My guess would be none.
It has become a dead issue, and the same would hold true for Trump.

Again, impeachment without removal from office is useless.
It's not like any present president, or former one would be applying for a job, and needed to omit an impeachment from the job application.
Really, does anyone really think about, or care that Clinton was impeached?
There in lies your answer how folks will feel in the future about Trump being impeached, if he wasn't removed from office.
The "legacy" here is people like you, so full of hate for this president, will carry your "legacy" of hate into the future.
You and your cohorts really need to get a grip on reality.

Bob.
Right now with the Democrats and left, impeachment in the house is all they have to cling to, that has gone "right" since Trump was elected.

So I think they tell themselves this is all that matters and it will be a "stain" on Trump's legacy. It's what they've wanted since he was elected.

But I agree with you. His productive record will speak for itself and I think when folks look back on Trump's terms in office, the Democrats will be looked at as fanatics who lost their way and Trump crushed them, despite their nonstop attacks.

I also think this will be the starting over point for their party--they are truly lost and Trump has broken them.

Dems didn't impeach Trump, they IN-peached Trump because he's still IN-Office. The word impeach no longer means the same thing it meant to people just a few months ago. Most people back then had no idea a President could be impeached one day, then be seating more federal judges the very next day.

Using the Dems definition of "abuse of power" ~10 other Presidents would have been impeached including Washington, Jefferson, Adams, Lincoln, ect... The Dems made up their own definition of the phrase and thus, Trumps still LARGE AND IN CHARGE!

Impeachment w/o removal is the Null set....meaningless. Do you really think it hurt anyone's feelings?

Trump killed it at his Rally in New Jersey a few night ago. If he was desponent over his IN-peachment, he sure did a great job hiding it. 25% of those trying to get tickets were Democrats...wow!

I think as American voters we should be very concerned about what has been revealed.

It is clear that the President (any President) has way too much ability to do as they please when they please.

Right now Republican/Trump fans think this is fine but when it is a Democrat in office doing osme shady things...this may set a dangerous precedent.

As for what they've accomplished, not a helluva lot, other than investigations and impeachment. They helped with the new replacement for the North American Free Trade Agreement.

Not sure what else. Can someone list the 2 or 3 other bullet points of accomplishment over 3 years, please? LOL
*Schiff is a household name.
*Pelosi is old and senile.
*The democrats have literally lost the chance to elect a president.

We told Harry Reid, the shoe would be on the other foot soon, so he messed it all up and then quit.
Blame Harry Reid, for declaring war.

The precedent was set by criminal Obama. He weaponized the FBI and CIA to spy on Republicans like Trump and weaponized the IRS to go after conservatives.

Don't forget Franklin Roosevelt, for Pete's sake. Interned how many Japanese Americans against their will during WW2?

McConnell calls himself the “grim reaper” of Democratic legislation he derides as socialist, but many of the bills that never see the Senate floor are bipartisan issues, like a universal background check bill, net neutrality, and reauthorizing the Violence Against Women Act.
Democrats’ top policy priorities are reducing health care costs, improving education, protecting the environment and securing Medicare.

BTW, over 400 bills ain't bad for a Congress that's only been in power for a year. Wonder what the GOP House was doing for the last two years?
The GOP Senate was appointing 30-something lawyers who had no court experience (either as prosecutors or defense) to lifetime judge-ships.

GOP Senate has ignored all those bills from the House. Mitch won't let them even look at them or have debates on them. Mitch should be impeached for not doing his job. Too bad we can't impeach a Senator.
