I was hoping this was porn spam.

(On a serious note, bullying has not been taken as seriously as it should be, in the past anyway. There is no reason that children in school should have to tolerate abuse that would be completely unacceptable for adults in a workplace.)

Kids can be cruel. But so can adults.

I don't agree. being 'bullied" may happen because a person thinks differently. being different takes guts. it is easy to go along with the crowd. adults can be buffoons. kids are usually mean.

I got sent home from elementary school for doing flips on the playground bars in a dress and showing my underwear. girls had to wear dresses and were not allowed. I played baseball with the boys, the boys accepted me on the team because I was a good player, not four square with the girls. I hated being a girl when I was a pre-teen and bullied by both boys and girls. being different made me stronger! I wouldn't trade that opposition for anything. bullying taught me a great deal.

Absolutely. We see it on the Internet and IRL every day. And, sometimes, I think it's getting worse.

I came across this little guy in my FB feed. He's a beatiful spirit. Shame he's having a rough go of it. I hope this exposure helps some. My heart breaks for young people that have committed suicide for bullying and being gay. We need to as Ellen says, be kind to each other.

A problem with such movements at times is someone will find a way to commercially exploit such a movement vs. offer practical ways on how to resolve the issue(s) in question.
