It’s very simple, we keep adding CO2 to atmosphere and the planet is going to heat up. Oceans are going to rise. Climate we been used to for last 10,000 years is going to change. This is just scientific reality.
Baloney. Plants and vegetation consume CO2 to live. The temperature of the planet is caused by solar flare cycles. No amount of money will change that.

The problem is not the science, it is just she is grating and annoying that she puts off getting new converts.

As I had posted earlier, I believe that we have polluted this earth quite a bit and each one has to do our part. I own a Tesla and 2 hybrids, have LED fixtures and even installed geothermal heating and cooling. I am a vegetarian and hence less cows producing methane gas. So if we all do our little bit we can then get on to reducing our coal burning power plants or diesel trucks spewing noxious gases.

But Greta comes off as annoying know it all who takes extreme views ( no air travel, developed countries to do it all when the major polluters are China and India who don't give a **** about her ) and turns off centrists people like me. Why can't people who are more moderate work with people and governments to bring out changes that does nto disrupt the economy and yet helps our environment.

The problem is, that's not what Envirothoritarians are advocating. They are advocating the full-scale dismantling of industrial society and market economies.

However, that angry, hateful little Greta is really sad; she is far too young to be so hateful and have such a negative view on life. But then again, she is a liberal and is embracing their philosophy, which is one of self hate.

She's Swedish. The term "liberal" doesn't have the same meaning for their politics. There are conservatives and social democrats in Sweden, but not really American style liberalism.
