Being monitored is not the same as being diagnosed. There is a shortage of test kits to diagnose those who may exhibit symptoms which are similar to common strains of flu.
Oh okay - just because they are being monitored there is no cause for concern.

YET!!! It has just gotten started here in the US. And we haven't been testing like other countries, so it's likely many more actually have it and each of those people have infected several others without realizing it.
