By an 8-1 vote, the Supreme Court has decided to allow the Trump Administration to continue its 'Remain in Mexico' policy, reversing an appelate court decision to the contrary, while the lower court trial is conducted. So, this could still be changed again, but it is looking pretty strong right now for President Trump and for people who are both Pro-American and who believe in enforcing our borders (as opposed to the 'Open borders' Democrat left).

Supreme Court allows Trump to enforce 'Remain in Mexico' policy

The Supreme Court announced on Wednesday that the Trump administration may enforce a policy that requires asylum-seekers to remain in Mexico.

The justices will allow the “Remain in Mexico” policy to continue while the administration appeals a lower court ruling which deemed the program illegal and ordered a suspension that was scheduled to take effect tomorrow.

Justice Sonia Sotomayor was the only justice to publicly dissent from the decision to allow the policy to continue.

Democrats illegal voting block aren’t going to make it during the general election? That’s too bad.

Seems fine to me. It doesn't appear to be a violation of our obligation under the 1951 Refugee Convention protocols, since the refugees aren't originally from Mexico.

Sonia Sotomayor, aka "wise latina" is a total embarrassment to the Supreme Court Justices.
Worst pick in my lifetime.
