How about his decision to ban European travel out of the blue sending the stock market into yet another free fall...never mind that the virus is already HERE and closing the barn door after the horse has left has never proven to be a helpful strategy of containment...for horses or viruses...
Oh...wait...that travel ban has so many loopholes (looking at you UK) presumably designed to protect Trump's business assets that the ban is next to useless and has only stirred up MORE confusion and panic
But at least he LOOKED Presidential last night as he failed to quell American's fears with yet another rambling train wreck of a speech filled with half truths and lies and so garbled that his handlers had to yet again "correct" misconceptions regarding his comments..
Have we ever had a President who is so inept at communicating that the White House has to consistently "translate" after the fact whenever this unqualified bumbler speaks or tweets??
I mean W was no rocket scientist but even he wasn't this bad.
Honestly, only the most ardent Trump bootlickers could even attempt to convince themselves that this cartoon President has "handled" this crisis competently....
Unfortunately incompetence in the White House during a time of national crisis has consequences in terms of loss of life and economic downturn....we haven't even begun to see how bad this will get
1. NBA suspends season
2. NCAA cancels men’s and women’s basketball tournaments
3. MLB shuts down spring training and postpones start of regular season for at least 2 weeks.
4. All shows on Broadway shut down.
5. Disneyland closes. Expect all of the amusement parks to close.
6. Ohio Governor closes all public schools for at least 3 weeks.
The financial cost of this epidemic worldwide is almost incalculable.

my wife had flu A and strep back to back a couple weeks ago. no way this is worse than that. its completely overblown panic and the media is egging it on.
Thank-you, but I'll choose to believe the WHO, CDC, Health Canada, and what I have seen in Italy, China, South Korea, and Iran over your wife's experience with the flu and strep throat. Coronavirus has a death rate that is AT LEAST ten times the flu, so...there's that. But believe what you want. It's media hype! The flu kills far more people! Yeah...that's why the NBA and NHL just ended their seasons early and YOUR president just restricted travel from ¿Europe?
Wow, was just watching a report from China. Impressive how sophisticated the Chinese have become in those 3 months, they have woven a tight net of various safety measures that enable them to gradually return to normality while staying safe. For instance, everyone is assigned a unique QR code. The numbers seem to confirm it, only 18 new infections today, which is like nothing by Chinese standards.

EXACTLY!!! I highlighted "criticism" because you don't seem to understand what that word means - the Democrats criticized Trump for not knowing the severity of the situation, for not doing enough to stop the fast spreading of the virus, and for not understanding the impact of a potential pandemic.
And Trump said those are all hoax.
That is exactly what I said. Just because all the points from the Democrats are wrapped in the word "criticism", that seem to have threw you off.
Maybe Trump should reconsider the travel ban exception for Britain. British experts say the official numbers are unrealistic, in reality there are at least 5 to 10 thousand infected Brits.
