It's not his fault, New York City is the number one international gateway in the US and has the densest population.
In addition to several nonstop flights to China (from Newark/JFK), JFK had a nonstop flight to Wuhan (epicenter/ground zero of the virus) before all of this went down. Imagine how many folks came directly from Wuhan into the NYC streets who were positive.
I think San Francisco is the only other city that had a nonstop flight to Wuhan (I don't believe LAX did).
New York City is dense, 2 times LA, and 10 times SF, that’s why they had to be careful, they didn’t. California is more spread out.

Cuomo should resign or be replaced by someone with some guts. Whining about New Yorkers not social distancing is not enough. Their rates are skyrocketing according to Cuomo this morning. He and De Blasio have no balls.
Your state is out of control and you don’t have the balls to start citing those out in public that don’t care. They won’t take responsibility. Perhaps they want the feds to come in to encourage distancing so that Trump can take the heat for it.

I don't know a single New Yorker that is not praising Cuomo as a national hero.
He took action where our supposed country leader didn't. Trump completely ignored what was happening and said 3 weeks ago that the virus would be gone by now.
Trump is completely out of his depth where Cuomo took the reigns.
Trump still thinks we're all going to be back to normal in two weeks. He's living in cloud cuckoo land. His supposed briefings make him look like an ignoramus.
If left to Trump, millions would be dead by now.
