There often isnt food left. Also there has been a rise in SNAP since people have been furloughed or outright laid off. You really think they should get food after hoarders and go and wait in long lines at food banks and see they possibly cut off too? Are you that much of uncompassionate cake eater?
So, if you admit there isn’t any food left, why shouldn’t the people who pay for it get the food? If that’s the case.
The MI governor is hoping for the VP spot. The worse the outbreak gets the more ammo she has to blame Trump for it as a whole.
She would have as good of a chance as any of the Fall in line Democrat candidates that dropped out of running prior to the virus. That being, a 10% chance at best, due to how many dropped out and endorsed Biden as their candidate of choice. Cuomo stands a better shot if he wants it IMHO.

Pay for it with work? With printed money given to them? With debt taken from our children and grand-children? With profits made from selling stock from inside info?
So I guess you didn't hear Fauci talk about how 100,000-200,0000 people could die from this with strict mitigation vs over a million people if we did nothing and the total collapse of our health care system.
So if it's a big nothing burger do you want to be the first to take one for the team?
Here's something else for you to ponder. Why did South Korea have 10,000 cases with only 165 deaths and here in the U.S. we are leading in cases and deaths? Oh I don't know. could it be leadership that made the difference with "all the best people."

No I didn't say that. I was going by what you said. We are all struggling to get food right now. Why make it harder for some just because they lost their jobs in an unprecedented crisis cake eater?
You don't know that. For all our technology, there are many illnesses that have no cure. Viruses are among the trickiest things out there because they have the nasty habit of mutating. That's why the flu vaccine is so ineffective and we still don't have a cure for AIDS. We can work on a coronavirus vaccine for a lifetime and never develop one. Or even if we do, it may only be effective for one strain.
The good news, according to what I've heard from experts, is that THIS virus is specific and that any targeted cure is likely to be much more effective than the typical flu vaccine.
Remember that the Flu vaccine is a combo deal - you are being inoculated against many Flus that existed for the last 100+ years (and still do exist). Also, when you get the Flu after a vaccine, the case is reportedly much weaker....have to check the data on that, but I think it is the case (big time in many instances).
So given a choice between dying from the Flu and a 60% chance of not getting it and another 20% or more chance of getting it weaker.......I'll take the shot (always have).
I suspect most of the population over 30 or 40 also has some antiviral antibodies that work against the strength of the Flu.
The mainstream media doesn't report all the truth.
Why, I'd bet you never noticed that the vast majority of pictures in news stories..and even videos...say "file photo" or "getty images" or the like?
What difference does it make? One hospital scene is the same as any other. I think, right now, reporters are loathe to get in the way of Hospital work...and they are scared also.....AND, maybe most importantly, the public might panic if they saw the actual real story.
Remember, here in Florida DeSantis won't even release the Assisted Living Facilities and Nursing Homes which are infected.....so there is definitely an information vacuum.
