Charity is voluntary.

Armed robbery is not.

There's a luger in your rib cage, if ya haven't noticed.

It's not capitalism that requires sociopathy. If you're a sociopath under capitalism (we live under socialism) the market still determines winners and losers.

Sociopathy is necessary for statism aka socialism.

So what do you suggest?

More like, those with higher IQs respect academics and the value it brings to seeing the world through a clear lens. That's why they can weld power and resources. Cause they see what's really happening.

Those without such an insight? They see it through their rosy colored lenses and try to frame the debate about their issues they care about and ignoring reality. Plenty good at rejecting the neutrality of academics. All they're doing is shooting themselves in the foot. Easy example: why would anybody during this pandemic claim it's even a hoax anymore? Why are anti-vaxxers even a thing when it's clearly proven to not be?

I've found that those with a more modest IQ can say in three words what it takes someone who thinks they're highly intelligent a whole paragraph to say.

Humans have never "been in this all together", that is not the way it works.

I find that to be true of highly intelligent people whether they "think" they are smarter in addition to just being smarter or not. But it's because less bright people make fewer observations and inferences. They give less analysis and recognize fewer fine points of delineation.
